The detection principle of TAN-300 in-situ ammonia nitrogen analyzer is mainly based on Nessler reagent spectrophotometry and improved on this basis: ammonia nitrogen in the form of free ammonia or ammonium ions in the water sample reacts with Nessler reagent to produce light reddish brown The absorbance of the complex is proportional to the ammonia nitrogen content, and the absorbance is measured at a wavelength of 420 nm.
It is an in-situ analyzer suitable for the determination of ammonia nitrogen concentration in water bodies such as surface water, nearshore and estuaries.
