• Q

How long is the shelf life of each standard fluid?

    A

The liquid is not opened for 3 months, one week after the liquid is opened.

  • Q

What range should the flow rate be controlled in the flow tank?

    A

A maximum of 2M/S is recommended.

  • Q

In which scenarios are your sensors applied more often? Is the drain outlet usable?

    A

The surface water is in the majority, and the sewage outlet can be used, depending on the situation of the sewage outlet.

  • Q

What is the membrane of ammonia nitrogen, what is it used for?

    A

    PVC film for ion exchange.

  • Q

How often is the sensor monitored and how often does the brush turn?

    A

The monitoring frequency is based on the frequency of sending instructions. The default brush is once every six minutes.

  • Q

Why is three-point calibration for pH?

    A

There are three points for PH calibration, which need to be calibrated according to the PH, such as 0-7 with 4 and 6.86 standard liquid calibration, 7-14 with 6.86 and 9.18 calibration.

  • Q

What is the difference between COD and BOD?

    A

COD is chemical oxygen demand and BOD is biological oxygen demand.

  • Q

The sensor does not have a display screen, so how does the data display?

    A

Our sensor is 485 output, mainly for integration use, we also has upper computer can be used to display.

  • Q

Do you provide installation service? How much do you charge?

    A

Our company can provide free telephone to assist the installation, if the installation requires personnel to charge, the specific cost will be determined according to the site situation.

  • Q

What sensors are available with interchangeable electrodes? Can I replace it by myself?

    A

At present, there is PH and ammonia nitrogen, which can be replaced by themselves, but it is not recommended for customers to replace by themselves.

  • Q

    Can spectral COD measure seawater?

    A

Can be measured offshore, deep sea ion interference is too large.

  • Q

4~20 mA output corresponds to the range

    A

According to DDM-206A, for example, 0-70psu corresponds to 4-20Ma, that is, 4Ma corresponds to the range of 0PSU, and 20Ma corresponds to the range of 70PSU. The actual salinity value corresponding to MA value can be calculated by two linear correspondence.  The conversion formula is 70÷16×(actual MV value -4).
