Q
How do I read the sensor once I get it?
AYou can use our free computer software, or do your own integration.
-
Q
How to store sensors?
AStore according to shipment, out of light.
-
Q
What equipment does the water station contain? What are their functions?
AWhat equipment does the water station contain? What are their functions?
-
Q
If the RS-485 protocol fails somewhere, does the device still work?
AThe integrated sensor normally does not have a problem with the RS-485 protocol somewhere. The address of a single sensor on the integrated device is fixed and not the same. Even if a communication exception is caused by a failure, the whole device will not be affected.
If the customer integrates, the above problems may be caused by the same address of multiple sensors. If the communication protocol is abnormal, power-on will not communicate. The default data formats for RS-485 communication are 9600, N, 8, and 1 (baud rate 9600 BPS, 1 start bit, 8 data bits, no check, and 1 stop bit). -
Q
How to change the sensor on multiple parameters?
AIt is not recommended to replace by yourself.
-
Q
Does winter icing affect the use of sensors, buoys, water stations?
AIcing has a great influence on electrochemical sensors, and the later use of water station pipelines may be affected by icing
-
Q
How big are the buoys' batteries and solar panels, and how long will they last?
AThe buoy battery is equipped with 60Ah and 8W solar energy. The duration depends on the sending frequency and the number of connected sensors. Generally, it is connected with multiple parameters and the sending frequency once an hour. It works continuously for 60 days on cloudy and rainy days.
-
Q
In what environments can sensors be used?
ARivers, lakes and reservoirs, rural environmental protection, Marine environment, modern agriculture, sewage treatment, sponge city, smart water, drinking water.
-
Q
What sensors should secondary water supply equipped with? How to install?
AResidual chlorine, temperature, PH, turbidity, conductivity, flow tank installation.
-
Q
Does the absence of water during dry period affect sensor life?
AWhen the sensor is dry, it needs to be recycled. If the sensor is dry, it will affect the service life of some sensors. After recycling, it needs to put the protective sleeve with water over the sensor and store it.
-
Q
How is data acquisition and transmission done? Do you have wired or wireless transmission?
AThere are two methods of data collection: single chip microcomputer and PLC. Data is collected by single chip microcomputer or PLC and then sent to the wireless transmission module, which is then sent to the cloud platform.
-
Q
Is there a way to protect the sensor in a dirty environment?
AIt is recommended to install a cleaning brush or screen.
